M.A.Clark Consulting was created by Marta A. Clark in response to high demand for her management consultative services from colleagues, previous employers, and recommended clients. Marta is an accomplished business management expert with experience leading operational and human resources initiatives influential to business optimization, change & growth management, and talent development. She is known to be an effective organizational development facilitator; building key relationships with business executives in complex environments. Marta has 20+ years of experience comprised of human resources, IT, and back office business management. She received an HR Management certification from Cornell University's School of ILR, is SHRM-CP, PHR certified, and has an MBA from SUNY Empire State college. Marta's team includes a diverse group of business professionals including MBAs, Six Sigma Black Belts, and Certified Project Management Professionals.
